吴克倩，女，汉族，1992年1月生，甘肃景泰人，中共党员。2015年6月毕业于甘肃农业大学，获工学学士学位；2017年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学，获工学硕士学位；2025年12月毕业于兰州理工大学，获工学博士学位，现为河西学院农业与生态工程学院教师。
